Bloom Health Solutions was born from a mother's love, shaped by a nurse's expertise, and built on the belief that every child deserves exceptional care.
From Patient's Mother to Healthcare Pioneer
When Whitney Renee Boehm became a mother to a medically fragile child, her world changed forever. As a registered nurse, she thought she understood pediatric care. But nothing could have prepared her for the reality of being on the other side — the sleepless nights, the constant worry, and the desperate need for caregivers who would treat her daughter with the same tenderness she would.
Through years of navigating the healthcare system, Whitney experienced firsthand what worked — and what didn't. She encountered nurses who became like family, whose presence brought peace and whose expertise brought confidence. But she also experienced the frustration of impersonal care, miscommunication, and systems that seemed to forget that behind every diagnosis was a child with a name, a personality, and a family who loved them fiercely.
These experiences planted a seed. Whitney began to envision a different kind of pediatric home health agency — one that combined clinical excellence with genuine compassion. One that treated families as partners rather than patients. One that understood the unique challenges of caring for a medically complex child at home.

That vision became Bloom Health Solutions LLC. Based in Canon City, Colorado, Bloom is committed to providing exceptional pediatric home health care to families across Fremont, Pueblo, El Paso, and Custer Counties. Every policy, every hiring decision, every interaction is guided by one question: “Would this be good enough for my own child?”
Bloom Health Solutions is currently in the process of licensure with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment. Whitney is working diligently to ensure that when Bloom opens its doors, it will set a new standard for pediatric home health care in Southern Colorado.
